		<description>I really like this advice about taking accountability for what&#039;s going on in one&#039;s area of work, for good or bad. Too many times I&#039;ve seen people, particularly in leadership roles, avoid accountability and then get into all kind of complicated game playing. It&#039;s not good for anyone, least of all the leader her or himself. Paradoxically by digging in the mud you somehow are operating more cleanly!</description>
