The other 99 percent to get to creativity

The pundits fill boatloads of electrons about the need for innovation and creativity in today’s business. That means we are expected to be creative and innovative in our jobs to help improve our company. Interestingly, most pundits look at how to get to creativity at the far end of the spectrum: the 1% of the time when the Eureka moment hits and we get the innovative idea.

The advice misses the 99% of the work to get to that point.
