I might add a fifth: assumes you know what you want to achieve with your life and have some idea about what role your next job needs to play in helping you achieve it.

Losing your job can be disconcerting to say the least. But as you suggest, it&#039;s also a real opportunity to figure out what you really want, and what works for you.</description>
