There&#039;s a free website called www.WatchThatPage.com.  It allows you to bookmark any page on the web.  When that page changes, Watch That Page will send you an email!  Just superb.

Now, what you job searchers should do is go to all of the employment pages of companies you want to work for.  How about that, some proactivity!  Bookmark those pages.  When a new position is posted, Watch That Page, will send you an email.  You&#039;ll be the first to know of new opportunities.

Then, customize your resume to get the job, write a targeted cover letter telling that company what you like about them and how you believe you can help them.  

Couple that proactivity with your existing networking efforts and you&#039;ll be helping yourself immensely!
