I have my own answer, we can say something like.. that's the hardest decision you ever had, you will forever be thankful for the opportunity your previous employer gave you but right now this decision will be beneficial for you & for your previews employer as you want to have career advancement & you are on the process of realizing your other potentials.

Yes. You need to determine if the company culture is the right fit for you and figure out your potential manager's management style. Much of that comes from the non-verbal communication done from a face-to-face interview.

I am currently working in Germany and I applied for a job in a company in the UK. Is it advisable to ask the company to have a personal interview if they required a phone interview.
