What is so confusing to me is that companies have no loyalty to workers at all; yet, the management of many companies expect loyalty and engagement from their workers. A true one way street. I just don&#039;t think people, if they can and are in the right circumstances, will put up with much of that &#039;take it or leave it&#039; behavior.
