		<description>I&#039;m reading this book now and have to say I&#039;m liking it.  I&#039;ve never been a huge Malcolm Gladwell fan but I do like his ability to tell a story.  The book has some excellent stories about how people who have &#039;made it&#039; got where they are.  

Above all else...the book stress the fact that hard work and intelligence isn&#039;t enough...you&#039;ve got to have some luck on your side.</description>
