So many times the truth is lost in "corporate speak" and business as usual. When you get to the root of what makes us who we are you find it is our values. It comes through with the way we do our job and the way we treat others. Making sure that the company you are interviewing with has the same values is very important - if they don't match, you won't be happy working there. The chances are good that the company won't be happy with the way you do the job either. Be true to yourself and your values and everyone benefits. Life is short - make sure you enjoy it!
