It has been that way because I shaped it that way all whilst being a manager. As a manager I've managed many acquisitions, mergers and company sales, 1000's of staff, £100m budgets, spoken all around the world sharing my expertise, worked in IT, Retail, Financial, Manufacturing, networking...
