Creativity and Innovation Series

menuonwhiteboard-3.jpgEvery few years – or months – companies grab on to the “next big thing.” Stuff like having a vision, or defining a mission statement, or promoting the latest new-fangled implementation strategy.

The latest craze in leading edge companies is “creativity and innovation.” Companies as diverse as General Electric and Samsung are all touting innovation as the true path to profit nirvana. Forget all about all that other stuff – innovation is where it’s at. Or so we think.

I’ll take a look at innovation over the next few posts – the latest craze in company creativity – and see how this relates to being a Cubicle Warrior.
